Check in time is at 4pm on the day of arrival. Please
hand in the keys to the cottage by 10 am on the day of your departure.
The keys are available from the main reception.

A highchair and cot is available at no extra charge

Electricity and gas Free of charge

Car parking is free for 1 car

Colour television & video is provided in the
cottage

No all female or Male parties under the age of 25
years

When booking the holiday, an initial 25% deposit
is required & the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your stay

Payment required by cheque only
|

Please Note:- Deposit
payments will only be returned on cancellation if the weeks concerned
are rebooked

It is an expresses condition of booking that we cannot
be held responsible for any personal injury or damage to your own personal
belongings during your stay
